This represents a good choice of diesel models with the most popular probably being the 1.9 TDi 130bhp which, for top performance and economy, is the model to buy.

The S model has climate control, computer,electric front and rear windows, traction control and heat insulating tinted glass. With the SE model you get 15” alloys, CD player, lumbar adjustment on front seats.

From Jan 2003 the VW Passat Diesel Estate S model gets a CD Player and the SE has new alloy wheels and a CD Multichanger.

April 2004 sees the introduction of 2 special edition models, the Highline and Trendline. The improved spec includes heated front seats and leather trim.

The latest VW Passat Diesel Estate models have built on their high standards of quality and are amongst the best vehicles in this class.

The VW Passat Diesel Estate has been revised with changes to its bodywork which includes new lights to the front and rear and flashings of chrome.
